Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing person to lead the marketing and business development efforts of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RMC products and expand customer base. Identify and engage with builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies. Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order closure. Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and quality delivery of concrete. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance visibility. Coordinate with digital and offline media for brand promotion and lead generation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance to senior management.
Maintain CRM database, customer records, and follow-up schedules
