Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote tiles and sanitaryware products.
Meet potential customers (dealers, builders, architects, contractors, and retailers) to generate new business.
Handle customer Inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for orders.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for smooth order delivery and payment collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials sales
(preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Salary:
?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
