Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate leads through B2B and B2C channels, including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and end-users.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose customized soundproof window solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM records of prospects, leads, and customer interactions.
Marketing Activities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote brand visibility and product awareness.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, BNI meetings, and networking events.
Collaborate with marketing teams for brochures, social media content, and case studies.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Gather client feedback and coordinate with the production/installation team for smooth project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in construction, interiors, or building materials industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
