5-7 years of experience (preferred Industrial, Manufacturing or Engineering Products - Sales & Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial and B2B markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote company products.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of industrial products and B2B sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
