About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

to promote our IT services, generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships. The role requires a mix of field visits, communication, digital marketing understanding, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities Sales:



Identify and generate business leads from the local Himachal market. Pitch IT services (website development, software solutions, digital marketing, SEO, cloud services etc.). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain and grow long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:



Support digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing). Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for brand growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Participate in events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to promote services. Create basic sales content (brochures, proposals, posts) with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Good communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of IT products and services. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally. Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements



Must be comfortable with field visits within Shimla & nearby districts. Must have a two-wheeler (preferred) or ability to travel locally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email writing).
