Position Overview
The Field Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by developing partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals and corporates. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding One Lab's customer base, promoting diagnostic services, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, clinics, hospitals and corporates to drive referral business.
Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and strengthen existing relationships.
Promote diagnostic imaging, pathology tests, and corporate health check services to prospective clients.
Represent the company at marketing events, health camps, and other promotional initiatives.
Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to the management team.
Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree with experience in health or pharmaceutical sector
1-3 years of sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
