The Role
This is a hybrid role for a "closer" who also understands the power of brand presence. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle--from generating leads through creative marketing strategies to shaking hands on a finalized deal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize social media, networking, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
Property Showings: Conduct professional site visits and presentations, highlighting the unique value propositions of our portfolio.
Marketing Strategy: Assist in creating compelling content for digital campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, Real Estate Portals) to increase property visibility.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process, handle objections, and facilitate the documentation/legal requirements for closing deals.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or High-Ticket Sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be able to tell a story, not just list features.
Digital Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing.
Mindset: A self-starter who is motivated by targets and doesn't need constant supervision.
