Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into successful rental deals.
Promote properties through online/offline marketing campaigns.
Conduct property visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Manage listings on digital platforms, social media, and CRM.
Stay updated with Jaipur's rental market trends and competitors.
Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (rental experience preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Rajasthani will be an advantage).
Proficiency in digital marketing, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
