Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our hotel's services, generate new business, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a creative approach to sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings and event business. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Identify new business opportunities and create customized proposals to meet client needs. Manage social media accounts, online listings, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility. Coordinate promotional activities, including events, collaborations, and seasonal offers. Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Track and report sales targets, marketing performance, and campaign outcomes to management. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of Jodhpur's tourism and business market is an advantage.
