Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, calls, and online platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients including builders, architects, government departments, and corporate offices.
Follow up with leads, schedule client meetings, and assist in closing deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and share sales reports, targets, and follow-up updates regularly.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Promote the brand and services through social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
Coordinate with design teams for marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and site banners.
Participate in exhibitions, networking meets, or industry events to increase visibility.
Research and report on competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
