Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Male and Female candidates for a dual-role of Field Marketing and Admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for door-to-door visits to generate high-quality leads for both our School and Institute. ?Key Responsibilities: ?Conduct door-to-door visits to interact with parents and students. ?Generate leads and drive admissions for both the school and the institute. ?Communicate effectively with parents in English to explain our programs. ?Use strong marketing skills to convince parents to visit our campus. ?Bridge the gap between initial inquiry and final enrollment. ?Requirements: ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency is a must). ?Strong convincing and negotiation skills. ?A proactive attitude toward field marketing and lead generation.
