Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
with
2 years of experience
to support lead generation, client acquisition, and brand growth. The candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, and basic knowledge of
AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality)
solutions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle including client outreach, requirement understanding, product/service pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.
Plan and execute basic marketing activities such as social media support, email/WhatsApp promotions, campaign coordination, and event/webinar participation to improve brand visibility and lead flow.
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM/Excel, track pipeline status, and share regular performance updates with the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, timely project execution, and strong customer satisfaction.
Present solutions confidently to clients by explaining key benefits and use cases, with added ability to support AR/VR demo coordination and explain AR/VR concepts for training, education, and business applications.
Collect client feedback and competitor insights to improve marketing strategy, sales approach, and overall customer experience while consistently achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Good communication skills
Strong client handling and follow-up skills
Confidence in pitching and negotiation
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Any degree (Marketing/Business preferred)
Experience in B2B / B2C sales
Basic understanding or exposure to
AR/VR industry
