Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will support and execute all marketing, branding, communication, and outreach activities for Udbhava Avinya Bharat LLP.
This role involves strategy, content creation, campaign execution, institutional outreach, and building visibility for our innovation, education, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for various UAB projects. Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and institutional outreach. Design basic creatives, posts, and marketing materials (or coordinate with design teams). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities. Coordinate promotions for webinars, events, collaborations, and skill programs. Manage communication with universities, partners, and student communities. Track marketing performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics. Support branding activities and maintain consistency across all platforms.

Skills Required

Strong communication and creative thinking. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, ads preferred). Ability to create or coordinate creatives, reels, and marketing content. Understanding of student communities, education space, or B2B/B2C marketing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good presentation and coordination skills.

Compensation (Founding Phase)

Cumulative Salary Model:
