What We're Offering:

A trust-based, officially documented opportunity to work as part of the

core founding team

Stipend will be paid cumulatively after 6 months

, with all terms documented contractually before onboarding. Fooding and reimbursements for

work-related tasks and travel

will be covered by the company. Strong potential for

long-term leadership, equity, or salaried roles

after the probation period. Work on

high-impact national-level initiatives

in education, culture, and innovation.

Certificates, Letters of Recommendation, and documented experience

provided.

Role: Sales & Marketing

As a founding Sales & Marketing team member, you will:

Identify and engage

potential clients, partners, and collaborators

for Udbhava Avinya Bharat initiatives. Develop and implement

strategic marketing campaigns

to promote our programs, workshops, and projects. Drive

lead generation and business development

efforts to expand reach and impact. Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure

consistent messaging and brand positioning

. Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis to inform strategies and decisions. Track and analyze

sales and marketing metrics

to optimize campaigns and outreach.

Who We're Looking For:

Visionary thinkers who can

drive business growth

and effectively promote initiatives. Team players with a strong sense of

ownership, trust, and accountability

. Individuals with

0-3 years of experience

(freshers welcome if proactive and committed). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in

English & Hindi

with willingness to

travel 100%

if required.

This is a

stipend-based opportunity

with

deferred payment after 6 months
