ey Responsibilities:



Develop and implement marketing campaigns aimed at converting eCommerce leads into paying customers. Create and manage lead nurturing workflows through email, paid ads, retargeting, and other digital channels. Analyze sales funnels and customer journey data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth handoff and consistent messaging. Use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on lead conversion metrics. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and eCommerce trends and best practices.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a sales marketing role, specifically within

eCommerce environments

. Demonstrated success in

converting eCommerce leads into customers

through strategic marketing efforts. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., email marketing, paid media, CRM platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions. Comfortable working remotely and available to work during

UK business hours

. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
