Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, websites).
Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers to generate leads for the sales team.
Sales Activities:
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and sales efforts, making adjustments as needed.
Brand Awareness:
Create engaging marketing collateral and content, and work with creative agencies to design materials that build brand awareness.
