The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive property sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and execute marketing strategies to maximize revenue for the real estate portfolio. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients for residential and/or commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, booking forms, and sales documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the buying process.
Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote properties.
Manage social media content, property listings, and digital advertisements.
Coordinate marketing events, property expos, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and local real estate trends.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with the marketing team, sales managers, and property developers.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all sales activities.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Support post-sales processes including documentation and handover coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1-4+ years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of local property markets and customer preferences.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
A self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours when required.
A valid driving license (if applicable).
