Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online marketing, portals, site visits, and referrals
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp & walk-in enquiries
Explain property details, pricing, and legal aspects to clients
Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects regularly
Maintain customer data and daily follow-up in CRM / Excel
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & promotions
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th / Graduate (Marketing preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years experience in real estate sales (Land / Plot / Property)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of property documentation & closing process
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
Local market knowledge is an advantage
