Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented

Sales & Marketing Executive

to promote and sell land and property projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, client handling, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through online marketing, portals, site visits, and referrals Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp & walk-in enquiries Explain property details, pricing, and legal aspects to clients Conduct site visits and follow up with prospects regularly Maintain customer data and daily follow-up in CRM / Excel Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & promotions Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Required Skills & Qualifications



12th / Graduate (Marketing preferred) Minimum 1-3 years experience in real estate sales (Land / Plot / Property) Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of property documentation & closing process Comfortable with field work and client meetings Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) Local market knowledge is an advantage

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
