Generate and manage leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.
Maintain client relationships, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
Follow up with prospects, share updates, and maintain proper records of meetings and site visits.
Prepare daily reports and update the CRM/lead sheet.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the local real estate market.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
