?Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end real estate sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, pricing, and project details.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer support.
?Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of local real estate market (Indore preferred).
Ability to handle HNI clients & corporate sales.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and lead management tools.
Self-motivated with strong target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
