Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling real estate transactions including buying, selling, and rentals. The role involves both telecalling and field sales to generate leads, convert prospects, and provide excellent customer service. Candidates should have strong communication skills, practical selling ability, and field exposure.
KRA: Task / Activities

  • Generate leads through telecalling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle client inquiries for buying, selling, and rental properties.
  • Conduct property site visits with clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions with clients and owners.
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up for closures.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets.
KPI: Performance Metrics
  • Number of qualified leads generated (tele + field).
  • Conversion rate of inquiries to successful transactions.
  • Revenue achieved through sales/rentals.
  • Customer satisfaction & repeat referrals.
  • Timely reporting of activities and targets.
