Build and maintain
strong relationships
with existing clients to drive case retention.
Support clinics with case initiation, including coordinating intraoral scans where required.
Follow up with dentists for
treatment plan approvals
and ensure timely case progress.
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Orthodontists, Production, Accounts) for smooth execution.
Participate in
events, expos, and marketing campaigns
to generate visibility and leads.
Provide
market feedback
to management on competitor activity and regional trends.
Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the growth of the region.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and nurture
leads
effectively.
Comfortable with travel across the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of
dental/orthodontic products
will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in the
aligner/dental/pharma industry is preferred
.
