About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically updated Sales & Marketing Executive who is updated with the latest technology trends can drive business growth in both private and government sectors. The candidate must be capable of identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and f inding relevant tenders for the company's software services. The ideal candidate must be tech savvy, good at communication, and strong in client engagement for both Domestic and International.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing (Primary Role):
Promote company's IT and software services to private companies, corporates, startups, and organizations. Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations with strong technical clarity. Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in the complete sales cycle. Build long-term client relationships and handle regular follow-ups. Support marketing strategies, brand visibility, and outreach activities.
2. Private Sector - Lead Generation & Business Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities through research, social media, networking, and digital platforms. Generate high-quality leads for software development, IT services, and technical solutions. Approach private organizations to introduce and promote company offerings. Convert leads into active clients and help expand the company's business reach. Understand client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
3. Government e-Procurement & Tender Identification:
S
earch and identify relevant Government tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and State e-procurement sites. Understand tender scope, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements. Coordinate internally to prepare tender documents and support technical write-ups. Assist in uploading & submitting tenders online within deadlines. Maintain tender trackers, submission logs, and follow up until results.
4. Technical Awareness:
Stay updated with latest technology trends, software tools, and industry innovations. Understand company's technical Background to explain them confidently to clients. Assist in creating marketing content, technical presentations, and product documents.
5. International Research, Analysis & Approach:
Conduct international market research to study global IT trends and opportunities. Perform analysis of international clients, industries, and technology demands. Identify potential leads and business opportunities in global markets. Approach international clients through email, LinkedIn, and professional platforms. Prepare reports on international market insights and share with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT/Software industry preferred). Strong technical understanding and interest in the latest technology trends. Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and business development. Ability to work on government e-procurement portals and identify suitable tenders. Strong ability in international market research, analysis, and client approach. Exposure to global IT trends, international outreach, and understanding of global market behaviour. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong research skills and proficiency in MS Office & online tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at coordination and follow-ups.
