Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Perundurai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, digital platforms, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Promote company products and services through effective marketing strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to build brand visibility. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events. Provide timely reports to management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and marketing activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
