Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and ensuring a strong conversion rate through effective communication and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market IELTS and immigration services to prospective clients
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate counselling
Manage follow-up communication via calls, emails, and messages
Convert leads into admissions and service registrations
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Represent the institute at seminars, events, and outreach activities
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in sales, counselling, or marketing (preferred)
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Professional, organized, and customer-oriented approach
Knowledge of IELTS or immigration processes is an advantage
