Key responsibilities-

Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, policies, and action plans to meet business objectives.

Team management:

Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff; monitor their performance and contributions.

Market research and analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay informed on market trends.

Sales operations:

Oversee sales activities, set sales targets and quotas, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales performance.

Marketing campaigns:

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, track their effectiveness, and ensure brand consistency.

Client relations:

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Budget management:

Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure financial targets are met.
