Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
Follow up on leads and provide excellent after-sales support.
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience (BFSI/Insurance/Finance preferred).
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Local candidates preferred.
