Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with
Architects, Builders, and Consultants
.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth order execution.
Maintain sales reports and provide valuable market insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience in
B2B Sales
(Construction/Building Materials preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking ability; existing contacts with architects/builders/consultants will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
