Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Timing:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the knitted fabric industry. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments. Present knitted fabrics to prospective customers. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Communicate with existing customers through WhatsApp groups, respond to client queries, and provide price quotations.

Work actively on current orders to ensure dispatch timelines are met.

Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Required Qualifications

Minimum

2-3 years

of work experience in the knitted fabric industry (sales or marketing). Strong knowledge of knitted fabric products, customer preferences, and market trends.

Must possess own means of commute

, with willingness to travel for client meetings and factory visits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
