Experience of Hospitality sector will be preferred.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and campaign development.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role.
Proven success in developing and executing B2B or B2C sales and marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
