Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demos for prospective clients through calls or online meetings.
Maintain consistent
communication and follow-ups
with leads and clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
Understand client needs and present the Kore App features and benefits effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to
track lead status
and ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage and create content for social media platforms
-- Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn -- to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Assist in
marketing campaigns
--content updates, CRM entries, and report preparation.
Gather client feedback and help in improving demo and communication scripts and social media strategies.
Support day-to-day marketing activities and help in generating new business opportunities.
