P'SQUARE Interiors is seeking a driven and result-oriented
Sales & Marketing Executive
with experience in modular interior sales. This role involves end-to-end sales ownership--right from lead handling to client conversion, including site visits, preparing quotations, and coordinating marketing efforts. You will play a key role in delivering personalized interior solutions that reflect our clients' lifestyle and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Sales Closure
Handle incoming leads through showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.
Engage potential customers with a consultative approach, understanding their requirements and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Provide customized recommendations and close deals through persuasive communication and client relationship management.
2. Quotation & Estimation
Prepare accurate and well-structured quotations based on client discussions, site visits, and product requirements.
Maintain pricing accuracy and clarity to help the client make informed decisions.
Ensure timely follow-ups on sent quotations to drive conversions.
3. Site Visits & Client Consultation
Conduct site visits to assess client needs, take necessary measurements, and provide layout suggestions.
Offer on-site product and design recommendations in alignment with space constraints and client preferences.
4. Marketing Coordination
Work with the internal marketing team to support campaigns, showroom promotions, and digital outreach.
Share client feedback and market insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and product positioning.
5. Showroom and Client Experience
Ensure the showroom is customer-ready with updated catalogs, samples, and aesthetically organized displays.
Deliver a welcoming and high-value client experience, maintaining the brand's premium image.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure the right product specifications are delivered and installed on time.
Align sales efforts with ongoing marketing initiatives to drive consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years in sales (preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home interior solutions).
Experience in site assessments, customer presentations, and end-to-end sales closure.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client-facing ability with a solution-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
High level of initiative, ownership, and follow-through.
