A Sales Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships, and expanding company business in the assigned territory. The role involves Intracting with clients, promoting products, generating orders, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Handle customer queries and provide product information
Prepare daily reports, sales summaries, and market feedback
Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with strong time-management
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
Graduation preferred (any stream)
Experience in Pharma/FMCG sales is an added advantage
