JD FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy

Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities

Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads

Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates

Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects

Identify, approach, and build a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

Provide detailed information, market insights, and property evaluations to clients.

Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, legal requirements, and competitor activities.

Guide clients through the entire process from inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring smooth transactions.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills & Qualification:-

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.

Strong understanding and deigital marketing channel tools

Ability to work in a team or as a part of team

Portfolio of previous marketing project

Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.

Bachlor's degree in Marketing or business
