Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Heavy line & Industrial Machinery Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling heavy construction equipment, industrial machinery, and allied products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
This role is ideal for candidates with 3 years of relevant experience in construction / heavy equipment sales or fresh MBA graduates in Marketing who are passionate about building a career in B2B industrial and heavy automobile sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell construction and industrial equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, compressors, etc.) to potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, project companies, and government agencies.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions accordingly.
Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and sales proposals to clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the service, finance, and logistics departments for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and visit summaries to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
MBA in Marketing / Graduate in Engineering or Commerce with relevant sales experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction equipment / heavy vehicle / industrial machinery sales, OR
Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and marketing aptitude are welcome to apply.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with heavy equipment (JCB, CAT, Hyundai, etc.) will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for field sales.
Ability to understand technical specifications and product applications.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
