Sales Closure & Coordination
Collaborate with authorized company representatives for final negotiations.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and agreements.
Ensure smooth execution of sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
Payment Collection & Tracking
Ensure timely collection of client payments.
Track outstanding payments and provide regular updates.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain proper sales records, client database, and follow-up schedules.
Provide daily/weekly updates to MD & management team on sales activities.
Professional Conduct
Maintain confidentiality of company data and client information.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and discipline.
Market Research & Feedback
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
Collect customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with operations, accounts, and management for smooth order execution.
Support promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.
