This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. They also play a crucial role in tracking sales data, creating performance reports, and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of products or services.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.

Campaign Management:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels.

Performance Monitoring:

Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Product Development:

Collaborate with the product development team to enhance offerings based on market research and customer feedback.
