Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial burners across target markets.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide product demonstrations and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions based on client requirements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with after-sales/service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of burners (oil/gas/dual fuel), combustion systems, and industrial heating applications.
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
