1. Lead Generation & Sales Growth
Identify new customers through calls, visits, and referrals.
Convert leads into successful sales.
2. Communication & Client Interaction
Use excellent communication skills to explain products clearly.
Present pricing, features, and benefits confidently.
Maintain professional communication with all customers.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closing
Apply strong negotiation skills to finalize deals.
Handle objections and competitor pricing smartly.
Ensure profitable conversions while protecting company margins.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct continuous follow-ups and share product/price updates.
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
5. Market Knowledge & Competitor Tracking
Track market trends, customer demands, and competitor rates.
Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
Prepare quotations, follow-up lists, and MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
