Job Description

Qualification- MBA with marketing and finance is mandatory. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee hours, salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and address any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required tax filings, reports, and documentation to government agencies. Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to paychecks or deductions. Assist with the administration of employee benefits as it relates to payroll, including adjustments for benefits deductions and contributions. Process wage garnishments, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions in accordance with legal requirements. Utilize payroll software and systems to manage payroll functions and maintain accurate employee data. Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating payroll information. Maintain confidential payroll records and employee data in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as needed. Stay current with payroll best practices and changes in payroll-related legislation. Recommend and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
