Visit educational institutions, businesses, and individuals to promote the institute and its courses.
Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team through on-ground interactions.
Conduct field research to discover new target audiences.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporate offices.
Represent the institute at community events, fairs, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
Promotional Activities:
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
Organize and attend seminars, workshops, and events to attract potential candidates.
Provide product and service information to prospects during visits.
Market Analysis:
Keep track of market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
Gather feedback from prospects to improve services and strategies.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for conversion.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities to the management.
Other Responsibilities:
Use creative methods like social networking, door-to-door marketing, or referrals to generate leads.
Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.
Requirements:
Proven field experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively for lead generation activities.
Knowledge of the digital marketing domain (preferred).
