We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the field Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred) Graduate in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Local candidates preferred
