Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and corporate clients. Promote and explain our services (Epoxy & PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Structural Painting) to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, and promotional materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in

sales/marketing within construction, coatings, flooring, or waterproofing industries

(preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Good understanding of local construction and industrial market trends. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
