We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales & Marketing Executive

to promote and sell our

Payroll Software and other business software solutions

. The candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

Payroll Software & other IT solutions

to businesses. Generate leads through

cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and references

. Understand client requirements and provide suitable software solutions. Conduct

product demos and presentations

. Negotiate pricing and close deals. Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support coordination. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

6 months - 2 years experience

in software or IT sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Ability to handle

field sales and tele-sales

. Basic understanding of

Payroll / HR / Business software

is preferred. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?10,097.79 - ?15,324.95 per month
