We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, traveling to client sites, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct regular client visits across assigned regions to promote products and provide technical support. Travel to customer sites, plants, and project locations for business development and service coordination. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Support the development of promotional materials, advertisements, and events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery. Track, analyze, and report sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (0-3 years) in sales and/or marketing, preferably in water treatment and mining industry. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
