Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic

Sales & Business Development professional

to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing customers, and expanding market presence in industrial sectors such as

Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, EPC, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop

new business opportunities

in domestic and export markets Generate leads through

cold calling, client visits, referrals, and online portals

Build and maintain strong relationships with

OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and end users

Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

Client Handling & Coordination Understand customer requirements and coordinate with

production, QA, and dispatch teams

Prepare and follow up on

quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Ensure timely execution of orders and

customer satisfaction


Market & Product Knowledge

Promote company products such as

forged flanges, plate flanges, weld neck flanges, and custom-engineered components

Monitor

market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Participate in

exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings


Documentation & Reporting

Maintain

sales MIS, CRM updates, and client databases

Prepare regular

sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
