We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Backoffice Executive to support our team by developing innovative marketing concepts, coordinating execution logistics, designing promotional materials, managing customer databases, and ensuring timely follow-up on marketing strategies. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between concept and execution, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Concept Development
Generate new and creative marketing concepts based on product portfolio and market needs.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign ideas and themes.
2. Execution & Logistics Coordination
Plan and execute logistics for marketing activities (campaign roll-outs, product launches, promotional events).
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and logistics partners for timely delivery of materials.
3. Design & Branding Support
Assist in the design and development of brochures, product literature, visual aids, and other marketing collaterals.
Work with graphic designers or use design tools (like Canva/CorelDraw) to finalize material.
4. Customer Database Management
Regularly update and maintain customer and doctor databases.
Segment databases for targeted marketing initiatives.
5. Follow-up on Strategies
Track the progress of ongoing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communicate with field teams (MRs/ASMs) for feedback and reporting.
Prepare periodic reports on strategy execution and outcomes.
Required Skills:
Strong creativity and idea generation skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and execution.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools.(e.gCanava/coreldraw)
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
Prior experience in a marketing support/back-office role is a plus.
Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
