Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Conduct meetings (virtual/physical) to present company services and proposals
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing (service industry preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
