Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and explain healthcare training programs and services.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiation.
Plan and execute field marketing activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Represent the organization at colleges, job fairs, healthcare institutions, and promotional events in Pune.
Engage with students, institutions, and potential partners to promote programs and services.
Maintain accurate lead data, customer interactions, and conversion status in CRM tools.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Collect leads and feedback during field activities and share timely reports with the team.
Identify new business opportunities and suggest innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in inside sales, telesales, field marketing, or business development is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic about sales and marketing.
Willingness to travel locally within Pune for field marketing activities.
Passionate about brand building and business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
