Job Description

Candidates having experience in TMT bar sales, stainless steel sales, structural steel sales is mandatory

Experience - 3 year+

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel products segment, focusing on cold coil, hot coil, and TMT bar sales.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and project consultants.

Sales Strategy & Execution:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Market Analysis:


Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth areas.

Product Promotion:


Promote product portfolio to key customers through technical presentations, commercial proposals, and client meetings.

Negotiation & Closing:


Lead price negotiations, contract finalizations, and ensure timely closure of sales deals.

Coordination with Operations:


Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and service to clients.

Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback for internal reporting and strategic planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
